Spinner Cay is a small cay and one of three islands that make up the Jerkbait Islands, the other two being Roe Island, and Spoon Isle. It is the epicenter of the Jerkbait Islands and mostly inhabited by mer-folk and the primary location of the second episode of Tales of Monkey Island - "The Siege of Spinner Cay".

The Jerkbait Islands are located in the Gulf of Melange.
