Quiet Patron

The Quiet Patron is a skeleton in Blondebeard's Chicken Shoppe wearing a button which reads Ask me about Grim Fandango. The skeleton (with a knife sticking out of his back) looks like the character Manny Calavera in Grim Fandango, another LucasArts game, and the shameless plug is a play on Cobb from the Scumm Bar in The Secret of Monkey Island.

Blondebeard tells Guybrush that he stabbed the patron because he complained about the chicken. The chicken on the patron's table contains Blondebeard's membership card to Plunder Island's cabaña.
