Description
Phatt Island is ruled with an iron fist by the unpopular, corpusculent Governor Phatt from his mansion. Its main town, Phatt City, is nestled in a long narrow harbour.
Geography
Phatt Island is has an extremely ragged coastline, and the majority of the island is uninhabited. There is one central mountain, which rises steeply enough that there is no vegetation on its upper reaches. The island has two lakes, one in the east, the other in the far northwest. The latter has a small waterfall. The coastline itself is fairly rocky, with a number of small offshore islands. The largest of these has a cottage built by Rum Rogers. This island is connected to Phatt Island via an underground tunnel.
