Jojo is a piano-playing monkey from the second game. He performs at the Bloody Lip Bar and Grill in Woodtick after Guybrush has left and come back to Scabb Island (after lifting the Largo Embargo). Placing a banana on the metronome in front of Jojo will stop his playing, and he can then be picked up and carried around. Guybrush can use Jojo as a literal monkey wrench to close the pump at the top of the waterfall on Phatt Island to reach Rum Rogers' Cottage. Jojo should not be confused with either Jojo Jr. or Jojo Sr. who are unrelated despite their similar names.
